Refund Policy

1. NO-REFUND POLICY

HB Terminal operates on a strict no-refund policy. All subscription fees — whether monthly or annual — are charged upfront and are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been processed.

This applies to all plans (Starter, Growth, Pro Suite), all billing cycles, and all payment methods processed via Razorpay.

By subscribing to HB Terminal, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood this no-refund policy in full.
• You will not request a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of any payment made to HB Terminal.
• No refund will be issued regardless of usage, satisfaction, or market outcomes.

2. WHAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION COVERS

Your subscription grants you access to the HB Terminal algorithmic trading platform, including cloud server infrastructure, algorithm execution engine, broker API integration, live monitoring dashboard, and technical support — for the duration of your billing period.

Access to these services begins immediately upon payment confirmation. As the service is made available to you instantly, no refund is applicable once payment is processed.

3. NO EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:

• Change of mind or decision not to use the Platform after payment.
• Dissatisfaction with trading results, algorithm performance, or market conditions.
• Losses incurred through trading activity on the Platform. HB Terminal provides technology tools only and bears zero responsibility for market outcomes.
• Technical difficulties on the user's side (internet, hardware, broker account issues).
• Service downtime or maintenance periods.
• Failure to cancel before an auto-renewal date.
• Partial months, unused days, or mid-cycle plan changes.
• Account suspension or termination due to violations of our Terms & Conditions.
• Broker API changes, exchange halts, or regulatory actions beyond HB Terminal's control.

4. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@hbterminal.com. Cancellation stops future auto-renewal charges. You will retain access to the Platform until the end of the current paid billing period.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current or past billing periods.

5. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer contrary to this policy will be considered a breach of your agreement with HB Terminal. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and take appropriate legal action to recover the disputed amount plus any associated fees and damages.

6. AMENDMENTS

HB Terminal reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
